The room was nice and fresh towels everyday. Pretty standard. But the service was excellent. Top notch. I was in El Paso for a bodybuilding show and the hotel restaurant took exceptional care of me. They even cooked all my chicken breasts and ground beef special. 10/10 service. The fresh cookies at the front desk are incredible too. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
I had an Amy experience, mainly due to the front agent named Perla. She did a phenomenal job. I also want to acknowledge Brianne. She also did a phenomenal job helping my colleagues and I. These two women have professionalism and courtesy that are unparalleled. Their actions reflect well deserved credit on them both, on other front desk personnel, and on the entire Double tree community! They should be commended!
Parking is absolute trash but the place and the workers are so lovely. Watch out, the entrance and exit are the same with very little room. If you can’t drive well, DO NOT ENTER!!!! You need to be a pro with a cdl to make sure you don’t get your vehicle damaged.
Very nice hotel with a comfortable bed and within walking distance to museums and ballpark. Restaurant in the hotel was excellent and there is also a cafe that serves Starbucks in the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Given 2 warm delicious cookies and 2 bottles of water upon check in.
Traveled to El Paso for a business trip, nothing was going right on that trip. Except due to the great professionalism of Beatriz B. she turned that around. She made sure me and my colleague were well taken care of. After the disasters travel we were experiencing. Cause of her immense efforts I would give the staff a 6/5 if I could.
This is a very nice hotel in downtown El Paso. Two blocks from the Chihuahuas baseball stadium. Easy access if you’re Hilton Honors member and have pass key on your phone. The pass key will get you into and out of the covered pay parking on floors 1-4 and into your room and onto the elevator and anywhere else you are allowed to go. It allows you to check in and check out and never even see the front desk. The rooms are beautifully laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. This was a very clean and quiet hotel and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in El Paso downtown.
, I knew my stay at the DoubleTree Downtown El Paso was going to be excellent! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the heart of El Paso. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a fantastic view of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to the amazing rooftop pool area! The perfect hotel for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!
Rooms are kind of small which is not a problem. Only complaint was not having a small fridge due to having to be there for about a week. And the restaurant manager Juan Pablo hooked me up. Fabulous service and professionalism from him.
